Functional Personal Training

womens fitnessAt SN Fitness, each client is unique. We work hard to create a customized program to achieve the needs and goals of each person we work with. We work with all fitness levels and all ages, taking a holistic approach to training and incorporating nutrition if desired. Personal Training is available at the gym, in your home, in your community gym, or virtually.

We incorporate strength, mobility and flexibility into each session, but if a client prefers a specific modality, we are happy to cater to those desires (yoga, kettlebells, Olympic weightlifting, etc.)

 

 

Prenatal & Postpartum Training

We know pregnancy is a tough adventure, both mentally AND physically. Let us help take some of the worry out of your journey. We will help you move safely and strongly through all stages of your pregnancy and afterward. We can work with you during specific stages or throughout your pregnancy. We are well equipped to ensure you do everything in your control to have a smooth, successful birth and avoid the maneuvers that are less favorable. Even if you are many years postpartum, we can help give you tools to strengthen your pelvic floor and any core weakness from lingering diastasis recti. 

 

Corporate Training

In-person or virtual training for your employees — yoga, functional fitness, kettlebells, aerobics, nutrition, accountability, motivation, quarterly health check-ins, annual fitness competitions, and more! Also available to speak for health/wellness/fitness presentations.
