Sydnee is a South Florida native and University of Florida graduate with a passion for helping others through health, wellness and fitness. She’s a certified personal trainer, yoga teacher, kettlebell instructor, women’s fitness specialist, and she is a certified prenatal & postnatal coach. Sydnee has a passion for working with others who are injured, pregnant, postpartum, or new to fitness. She offers a well-balanced, customized, holistic approach through one-on-one training both in person and virtually in order to help her clients achieve their individual goals mind, body, and soul.
She has been a featured speaker, presenter and fitness instructor for the Town of Palm Beach Shores, Susan G. Komen Florida, Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce, the Palm Beach County Justice Association, Jupiter Country Club, Charter Schools USA, South Florida Water Management District, and more.
