I turned 30 this year. That’s crazy to say; time has flown. As weird as it sounds, I did feel a shift. Not only am I now officially looked at as an adult, but it’s time to think about anti-aging and all that fun stuff. I’ve felt my metabolism slow down, and my liver can’t handle tequila shots like the good ‘ole days. If I don’t drink enough water, my brain won’t work properly. Since I’ve felt this shift, others must too, so here I am — here for you! Let’s go through this journey together!
We MUST be aware of what we are eating and how we are living.
Food matters. You know that old adage, “you are what you eat”? Well, I wouldn’t go quite that far, but what you put in your body makes a HUGE difference with how you look and feel, from your weight to your facial complexion and energy level. Losing weight is 80% diet, but it’s just as important to get your heart rate up regularly. You have to combine everything in moderation. MODERATION is key. I think picking raw radishes from the ground and eating them raw daily is a little extreme… 😉
Friends and family count on me as a go-to resource for fitness, healthy eating, leadership and living a balanced lifestyle. Why? I live it. It’s who I am. They see I lead by example, and that’s something I couldn’t be more proud of! This gives me true joy, so why not spread the wealth!? I’m just here to help! I’m in this for no other reason than to use this site as an outlet for me to help others and talk about what I love. If I can help even one person gain a new outlook on life, lose weight, find more energy, then we all win.
Help me help you live your best life! Have a question, suggestion or topic you’d like to see covered? Shoot me a note, and I’d love to include it!
“This above all: to thine own self be true, And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man.” — William Shakespeare
